Automatically open Outlook when loggin on

We just recently upgraded to Windows XP Professional and
I can't remember how to adjust the settings so that when
we log on, Outlook opens automatically. It's a simple
setting, but I can't remember where it is and everything
is sure different from Windows 98 to Windows XP Pro.
Thanks much for any help.

Drag the Outlook icon into your Startup folder under Start and select to
copy it there.
