automatically insert the 15 minute reminder

If you receive a meeting request from someone, is there a way to have it
automatically insert the 15 minute reminder? The calendar is set to do the
reminder when I schedule a meeting, but when I accept one for my boss, it
doesn't always have the meeting reminder option. Right now I have to do it
for each individual meeting that comes in.

Did you look at rules wizard? You can set reminders with a rule - condition
would be uses a specific form and the form name would ipm.appointment or
ipm.schedule.meeting.request.
