automatically insert address with autotext

How to I use auto text to automatically insert addresses in Word 2007? (like
Word 2003).

You used to save them in auto text and when you started typing it filled it
in automatically. I can't find this in Word 2007.

Anyone know this answer?

The "AutoComplete" part is disabled. Type the name of the AutoText entry (at
least enough of it to be unique) and press F3 to insert it.

Thank you so much! Our office loves you. Can this feature work in excel?
Or is there a different way to use our auto complete in Excel and Power Point?

First understand that Word has two separate features, AutoText and
AutoCorrect.

AutoText is the one that works with the F3 key, and it's available
only in Word (the entries are stored in a Word template, as part of
its Building Blocks feature).

AutoCorrect operates completely automatically -- as soon as it
recognizes something you type, it makes the substitution. Although
most people think of it as a "fixer" for spelling errors, it can do
much more, and you can add items to it at will. The same list of
AutoCorrect items is available in all the Office programs, so you can
add an item in Word and then use it in Excel or PowerPoint.

For more information, press F1 in any Office program, type
"autocorrect" in the search box, and choose the topic "Automatically
correct spelling and insert text and symbols by using words in a
list".
