Automatically forwarding email to another email account

I have two email accounts covered by MS Outlook 2000.
However I am never at my office and remotely looking at
email is a pain. Is there a way for me to automatically
forward my incoming emails to my other email address?

Swen virus, all e-mails sent to my actual account will be deleted w/out
reading.
