Automatically forward incoming email from outlook 2000

I am trying with no luck to have incoming email automatically forwarded to
another email account. Any suggestions? I have made several attempts at
seting up rules in the rules wizard but nothing seems to work.

Describe the rule you've tried. State your Outlook version. State your
account type (Exchange, POP, IMAP, etc.).
