Automatically ask to disconnect from Internet???

Hi,
I have just done a clean install (format Cof WinXP Home.
How can I get my Internet connection to ask if I should disconnect after
closing IE & Outlook Express. It used to do that.
I find myself forgetting to disconnect my dial-up connection after closing
things that would be using the internet.

Try Internet Options / Connections / Settings / Advanced / Disconnect
when connection may no longer be needed

That worked! Sorta had it buried deep, huh?
What puzzles me though, I used the "Files & Settings Transfer Wizard" to
transfer my stuff, but apparently it didn't transfer all of them.
