Automatically alert me of flagged mails??

How can I make my calender or notes alert me with a sound and a communication
window of the mails I flag in any colour?
 
Outlook fires reminders for flagged messages in your Inbox. IF you want
reminders for messages in other folders, you'll need the Reminder Manager
tool from http://www.slovaktech.com
