Automatically adding contacts

How do I automatically create a contact for email
addresses I reply to?

There used to be an option in previous versions of
Outlook to "automatically add to Contacts people I reply
to". I can't find that option now.

Maybe I can't do this in Outlook 2002 (Office XP) but I
remember being able to do this in previous Outlook
versions.

The full version of Outlook never had this option. Only the old IMO mode
did.
