automatically add domain users to local computer?

is there a way to automatically add (Windows 2000 Server) domain users to
users on the local computer when they logon to a Windows XP Pro computer for
the first time?

No. Yoy could write a script to do this though. Not sure why you would
want a user to log in locally since a domain is where all of the resources
are usually contained.
