automatically add album art to MP3 files from image in folder

i have a few hundred folders which contain the cd's mp3 files. in
addition each folder has the album art as a picture (folder.jpg).

is there an easy way to automatically add this picture to each
individual mp3 in the id3 tag? i can do it manually with an id3 tag
editor, but i don't really want to do that for 600 cd's ...

I don't know of any utilities that will do this. If you find something,
please post it.

The closest thing I have is WMP, which allows you to bulk edit an album
with the Advanced Tag Editor and add the album art thus. I find this
important as WMP routinely stomps over unincorporated album art files
like an unsupervised two year old with a set of crayons.
