Automatic Updates Running Windows SP4

Automatically download of updates and installation of them
at a schedule time specified on system running Windows
2000 Service Pack 4 (SP4) does not seem to work. This
feature worked using Windows 2000 Service Pack 3 (SP3),
but doesn't work now. Is their a HotFix for this
problem?

You should review Tools / Internet Options / Security
You have to select "Default Level" button for each icon. After that, press
"Ok" and, delete tempral internet files and cookies.
