Automatic tracking of requests for read/delivery receipts

I'm using Outlook 2003. I would be more likely to occasionally use the
request for read/delivery receipts if Outlook had a way of periodically
reminding me of emails that were never read/delivered. As it is now, I have
to 'remember' OR create a checklist of emails that I requested receipts OR go
through all my sent items to see which emails are still outstanding.

Does Outlook have a function that would automatically remind me (at an
interval I choose) that I sent an email with a request for read receipt but
have not received the receipt yet? In other words, I would like something
like a reminder to come up on my computer a week after I sent an email to
say, "You still have not received a delivery or read receipt."

Nope. You can flag the message for follow-up however, and clear that flag
when the response comes in.
