Automatic system recovery

Does antone know how I can make an Automatic System Recovery (ASR) partition
on windows vista RC2?

Windows AIK and Win PE provides for creating a "Recovery Environment" on A
CD, RAM disk or installation on HD. Do not know how it equates to ASR.
