Automatic storage of contacts

Is there not a way to have outlook automatically store a contact for every
email adress that I reply to?
Please help

Not natively. You can create code or use third party utilities to do that

you said NOT right? Turn of autocompletion at Tools | options | Email
options | advanced email options and you may have what you want.

Good catch. OP must have been confused since Outlook does not even do what
s/he claimed.
