automatic signature block questions

When our user creates a new email, her signature block works correctly. When she replies to an email what uses Rich Text or HTML, the signature works okay but the logo prints as a text sentence. When she types her name and presses enter, the signature block no longer comes through. When she responds to a message in Plain text, the signature bloc is entirely different. If she types signature, hernormal signature block appears.

Is there a way to make all her signature appear the same, no matter whether Rich Text, HTML or plain text? We have to have our logo in the block. What is the type of file I would search for on her computer to see if she has more than one signature blocks?

How can I get the block to appear when she types her name and presses enter?

Thanks
