AUTOMATIC SHUT DOWN

I feel really inept asking this question, but here
goes...How do I get my computer to automatically shut
itself off when it gets to the "It is now safe to turn
off your computer screen"?

Ever since I installed Windows XP Home Edition, I have to
turn the computer off manually.

Please help.
