Automatic shut down

I have an error that starts a count down of 60 before it shuts down my computer and it say

nt authority/syste

HELP ME!!!!!

You have been infected by the Blaster Worm.
To stop the shutdown procedure
Start>Run>(type) cmd>(type) Shutdown -a (notice the space between shutdown &
a)
Then run the removal tool

You can go to Start > Run and type
shutdown -a
to stop the countdown and give you time.
