automatic shut down/Record is deleted

I have problem where every so often we get a pop up that says "Record is
deleted", when try to open the main data entry form. I'm really not sure why
this continues to happen, but it does (help if you know). The only way to
fix it is to send a mass email telling everyone to exit out of there version
of the front-end and then going in the back-end to figure out the problem.
What I have done is taken off the delete option out of the form, so that
people can't delete directlyfrom that form.

Is there any way to automatically boot users out of the back-end of the
database so that I can perform mainteince on the database?

This is great option, is there any other way to juct kick everyone out at one
time. I don't care about saving or anything.
