Automatic send/receive in Outlook 2002

I want Outlook to automatically send/receive at more frequent intervals. Is
this possible?

This is how to do it.

Tools > Options

Mail setup tab > Send/Receive button

Then you have to options to set up a scheduled Send/Receive every x minutes
for both when Online and Offline.
