"Automatic" resume from sleep

When I put my machine to sleep (or hibernate), it resumes by itself after
about two minues. This did not happen when running XP. The event log says:
The system has resumed from sleep.
Sleep Time: 2007-02-03 11:56:55
Wake Time: 2007-02-03 11:59:20
Wake Source: Unknown

Interesting to note is that the timestamps are one hour off. It should
actually be 12 instead of 11.
I have the latest bios for my MB (Gigabyte GA-8I945P Pro). I've checked that
no device is allowed to wake the computer. A colleague using the same
graphics- and sound-drivers does not have this problem.
Any ideas?
