Automatic restart

My roommate and I suspect that his computer is infected by the Blaster Worm.
He is using Windows XP Pro. Since the infection, the computer keeps
restarting itself automatically and now, the Windows is even unable to start
up before restarting itself. Does anyone can help him to fix the problem?
