Automatic Reboots during Windows startup

We are experiencing automatic reboots that give us
dumps during the startup of Windows 200 Pro Service Pack 4.
The dump event log gives the following info.: The computer
has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was - 0x0000007f
(0x00000008, 0x00000000, 0x00000000, 0x00000000). Microsoft
Windows 2000 [v15.2195]. A dump was saved in
C:\WINNT\Minidump\Mini*.dmp.
There are several files in the directory, due to
multiple reboots... Who can I contact about this ?
