Automatic Outlook Profiles

I have multiple users sharing multiple PCs and before Exchange was upgraded
to 2003 each user would log into a PC for the 1st time and profiles would
automatically pull the users info and create an Outlook profile. Now each
user is prompted for the exchange information.
