Automatic Message Access

I have a program written in MSAccess that manipulates messages with an
Outlook (2003) object. As soon as I use a MailItem object I get the
following message: A program is trying to access email addresses you have
stored in Outlook. Do you want to allow this? yada yada yada , and there are
controls allowing me to allow access for a duration I select from another
control, or to deny access al together.

Is there any way for me to turn this feature off - maybe some setting within
Outlook?

"object model guard" security in Outlook 2000 SP2 and later versions. Simply
turning it off is not an option.

Try Express Click Yes. I have been using it for about two years and it
works great.
