How to access a blocked attatchment

How do you go about accessing an attatchment that has
been blocked by Outlook. You know, the message that
reads "Out look has blocked access to the potentially
harmful" yada-yada-yada. Any info would be greatly
appreciated!

by Outlook MVP Ken Slovak that adds an Attachment Security
Options page to the Tools | Options dialog in Outlook 2002
to allow you to manage which file attachments are blocked.
