1. You can accomplish logging in as a specific user by doing the following.
Go to the following Microsoft website and download the PowerToy TweakUI: http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/pro/downloads/powertoys.asp
After you download and install it you can launch it by going to Start ->
Run -> TweakUI
Click on Logon and then enter the User name you want to automatically login.
2. As far as starting a program after login, you can do this either by
adding the program to the Start Up folder or under the Run key in the
registry.
