Assign Contact to specific Email account

I use Outlook 2007 and have it handle 4 different email accounts of mine. Is
there a way to assign a contact to a specfic account?

Example: Accounts (e-mail address removed) (e-mail address removed) (e-mail address removed)
Default: (e-mail address removed)
Contact: Mickey Mouse

When I email Mickey Mouse I want it to be sent automatically from
(e-mail address removed) with out having to select ACCOUNT from the ribbon.

Nope, that is not possible.

Hopefully in the next SP. It would be a hugh benefit to me.

A Service Pack is not about adding new features. Also, the features does not
exist in the current test version of Office 2010 so it will most likely take
at least another version before that feature could be added.
