Automatic Login to Outlook

Don't know if this was done before, but here goes:

I manage NT/W2K servers and need to do unattended reboots.
I have a few apps that need to login to outlook 2000 with
a username/password before the rest of my apps would come
up. Is there a way to force a outlook login after a reboot.
