automatic liveupdate

I have ME but I can't find a corresponding group to ask my question so
I am using this XP group instead. Maybe the situation is the same in
both.

My problem is that I have to repeatedly reactivate the automatic
liveupdate function for Norton 2002. For some reason, it deactivates
itself after a short while. What would that be happening?

Follow the links for Home product support until you get to the Wizard for
your Norton 2002 Anti-Virus.

Several months ago I had a problem with Live Update with Norton AV 2003 not
updating. The problem was between Norton and the Windows XP Task Schedule.
The Symantec support Wizard provide directions for fixing the problem.

1. Contact Symantec Tech Support. A recent update/patch for NAV is causing
similar problems for many NAV users and i understand a fix is available.
