automatic install - USB Printer Please help

Hi,

i have installed the HP Officet 6100series ( 6110 ) allInOne device, and
everything works fine ( printing, scanning ), but after reboot Windows
detects a "new" officejet 6100series device, and aborts with the message
"Error occured, access denied". Only active option is "End".
In Device Manager all Devices are without failure, no conflicts.

System is W2k SP2, USB port is working ( have tried with USB Card Reader ).
User Administrator.

Do you have any tips on how to overide the hardware detecttion of this
device ?

Did you install the software before attaching the printer,
as the quick setup recommends? Might be worth removing
the HP software and starting again.

Alternatively, trying emailing HP via the following email:
