automatic immediate logout after login problem

i got a computer to repair from some neighbours.

the problem is that every time we try to login, the login procedure started,
then immediate the logout procedure starts and the login screen appears
again.

this happens with all users on system.
also not possible in safe mode.
ctrl+alt+del is not working during login time...

don´t know what to do i hope i get some help here...

? maybe how to edit the registry in offline mode?

Hello,

Does this happen with all user accounts on the machine? If you have not
tried to do so already...logon with another user and see if you see the
same behavior. If you can do this the easiest way to get the problem
account working again would be to delete the profile for that problem user
account. NOTE : Before deleting the profile you should copy any data the
user wants to keep to another location..i.e. Word DOCs, IE favorites etc.
