Automatic downloads

Can anyone help with a problem on an automatic download.
I keep getting the security patch Q811114 automatically
downloading on a daily basis. I have installed each time
and the history log shows it as being installed everytime
but still it pops up everyday. I have removed the patch
and re-installed and still the problem persists.
Obviously I want to keep getting the automatic downloads
but how do I know that this patch has installed correctly
and how do I stop it from constantly reappearing?

Tried this but the scan.txt file was always empty. Any
