Automatic Download

My computer won't automatically download updates from
Microsoft. I have checked that there are hidden .msp (?)
files on my computer. It used to update properly, but
now it does not.

So ask in a newsgroup for the operating system you are using. This
newsgroup is for Outlook, not for Windows 9x/ME/NT/2K/XP.
