Automatic distribution of User Certificates

Hi,
Is there a way to have everyone in the enterprise automatically receive a
user (not computer) certificate without user intervention? I'd like to
deploy certs to my enterprise, but not require the users to go to the web
enrollment page. If all the user does is click a few links on the web page,
it seems pretty lame that one can't enroll clients automatically.

Any help would be great,
