Automatic CSV Data Conversion

Hi,
We are using Excel 2003 on a Terminal server 2003.

On some user profil when i open a CSV file, excel will automaticly convert
it using ";" as separator.

On some other profil it will not.

How do i setup it so Excel may do that automaticly.

I think this is a windows regional setting.

Some use the comma (,) (USA).
Some use the semicolon (;) (Europe and others).

windows start button|settings|control panel|Regional settings applet
(or regional and language options)

Click the customize button
Numbers Tab
List separator
