automatic capitalization while typing e-mail

on my old xp program the first word of each sentence and some of the obvious
names and the word "I" were automatically capitalized as i typed = how can i
have that option in vista?
 
Windows Mail doesn't have that feature, but the newer Windows
Live Mail does have some of those auto-correction features.
For example, "teh" will be changed to "the", and "i" will be
capitalized to "I". However, it does not capitalize the first letter
in a sentence.
