Automatic Backup/RecordNow! problem

Everytime the computer starts, it asks whether if I want to do a backup the
next time I start up the computer. I'd always have to click "cancel" because
otherwise it will go into a backup process that could take up to 7 hours. I
don't know how to cancel this system setup so it wouldn't ask me that
everytime computer starts. Does anyone know?

Also even my RecordNow! program doesn't work. It says it afflicts with my
"Backup Project Tab", whatever that means. HELP~!!
