RecordNow Problems

Hi. If I'm at the wrong site could you please direct me to where I can get
help. I have a Compaq & windows XP. RecordNow was on my computer when I set
it up. Now when I try to access it, I get a File error message that reads:

It won't open up and let me record. What can I do or can you direct me to
someone who can help? I've found the people on this site have always been
helpful to those who are not very good at the technical workings of the
computer.

RecordNow has nothing to do with Windows XP. Try reinstalling the
application, or contact Compaq for help.
