Any idea how I configure this (which appears in tools as an option, but when
I click on it nothing happens). Does it relate to Winzip? Thanks in
anticipation

Where exactly are you seeing this in Tools (Tools | Options? What tab?)?

It's at the very bottom of the Tools column, below Options; in fact, there
are two entries for this, exactly the same. I've never come across this in
Word (any version) before.

The only two items I have in that position are add-ins, so I assume the Zip
one is as well. I haven't upgraded WinZip lately; perhaps this is a new
wrinkle?

Hi again Suzanne - It has to be something with Winzip I'm sure. I may try
uninstalling it and see what see happens. Thanks for helping!
