open a zip attachment in outllok 2003

how to open zip attachment file received in e-mail? when I try to open it get
error can't create file check permission... I cannot do nothing to
attachment. cannot copy or download it neither.
I can open only zip files that come with a name to it. zipped files that are
called winzip attachment cannot be open

If you have winzip installed, all zips are winzip's.
