Automatic addressing

In Outlook 2000 I would like to have my outlook email
address be automatically inserted in the CC field whenever
I send a new message, reply to a message etc. Does anyone
know how to do this?
 
You can do this with a Rules Wizard rule for all outgoing messages; set no
condition, just a rule action.
