automate "local policy settings"

i need to set the same Local Policy Settings for a number of
computers, i know for "Security Options", i can modify "sceregvl.inf"
file. but what are the files associated with
"Password Policy", "Account Lockout Policy", "Audit Policy", and "User
Rights Assignment"
