automate creation of dial up connection

I want to automate the process of creating a dial-up
connection. I have scoured the internet, and all I could
find is a command in System32 called rasautou.exe. The
only help it will give me is:

Usage: rasautou [-f phonebook] [-d dll -p proc] [-a
address] [-e entry] [-s]

I don't even know if this is the command I'm looking
for. Any insight would be appreciated.
 
Matt, what exactly are you trying to do? The dial up connection is system
wide and only has to be done once. To have it auto-run, place a shortcut
into the Startup Folder.
