Having converted my WinXP Pro/Win98 2m/c Network to an all WinXP Pro
system I now find that when I switch on the server, the slave m/c
starts up and boots all by its little self - now, that is spooky!

I am not sure I want this - is this a feature?

Some systems have a BIOS feature called "wake up on LAN", analogous to
wake-up-on-ring.
