Autologon yet again

I have a machine with several user accounts.
My requirement is to login the administration on startup and then
automatically switch user.
I have the requirement for a program to automatically run on startup in the
background even with nobody logged in.
I have tried tweakUI for autologin but it leaves the admin account active.
Have read all the posts on this subject but still haVE NOT FOUND A
SATISFACTORY Solution.

Do to the way security is set up in Windows XP, I don't think you will find
a way. That would be bypassing the major security points that Microsoft has
designed into the system.
