Autocorrect

Ihave a small landscaping consulting firm. Autocorrect
is used on our windows XP system by the employees in
reporting and correspondence, however, some of the
employees are making many unnecessary entries. I would
like to control the entry system and limit the Autocorrect
contents to business applications only by being the only
one to be able to make those entries. Can anyone give me
information in regard to how to accomplish this?
