My Autocorrect in Word has thousands of spelling corrections in it & I want
to delete them all at once. I have tried uninstalling & Reinstalling Office
XP but that didn't work.
Can anyone help?

suggest you post your question in an MS Word newsgroup. this newsgroup
addressess questions re MS Access database software.

Microsoft's misleading Help system has tricked you into posting this
Word question into a newsgroup supporting a different program,
Microsoft Access. Please repost, but scroll down to an appropriate
microsoft.public.word newsgroup.

Although Tina and John have already indicated that this list is for questions related to Access,
I'm going to take a stab at answering your question.

Search your hard drive for a file named custom.dic
You can open this file with any text editor to edit it. If you find more than one copy, which is
very likely if you'd had more than one version of Office installed, then determine which copy is
the active one.
