Autocomplete option for passwords and forms grayed out.

I recently downloaded and reinstalled MSIE 6.0. Now the
Autocomple option for using Autocomplete for "Passwords
and Names", and the "Prompt me to save passwords" is
grayed out and I cannot select those options. My previous
saved passords are not filling in. Runing WinXP Pro at
work. Version of browser is 6.0.2800.1106xpsp2.030422-
1633co. I have installed all critical updates. Should I
just download and reinstall another build? Thanks for any
help.
