Autocomplete and renamed user account

Hello -

I renamed a user account, which included an Exchange mailbox. I made the
appropriate changes to the email address as well. Everything works fine,
except when a user emails the new account using the Outlook autocomplete
feature, the address in the TO field is displayed as the following, where
John Doe is the renamed account name, and Old User Name is the old account
name:

John Doe <Old User Name>

This is annoying to the users. How can I eliminate the old user name in the
TO field?

Remove individual addresses from the autocompletion cache by highlighting
the entry when presented in the suggested names list (use your arrow key to
migrate to the entry) and then hitting your Delete key before you tab out of
the field. If your autocomplete list contains only a single entry, use the
directions here:
