auto wizard when camera is plugged in

I have Windows XP Pro loaded. It used to do this but now it does not.

When I plug in my camera into the USB slot, it does not pop up the wizard
that used to pop up asking me what I wanted to do with the pictures in my
camera.

What setting controls this to put it back to show up?
